convenient location comfortable bed helpful staff
The location was convenient, very close to the central station. i found the single bed in the room very comfortable. It allowed for restful sleep. staff stored my luggage. I appreciate their help.

spacious room railway station dirty carpets old towels
the room was spacious and the location was near the railway station
i was very disappointed the carpets were dirty and the walls also had stains there were also some insects plus the towels were old and torn i also had to pay extra for a towel because of spilled coffee

mixed feelings about my stay
clogged drain barely working hairdryer
the location was near the train station , which was convenient.
i was quite disappointed. my room smelled like body odor when i arrived , and the bathroom drain was partially clogged. the hairdryer barely worked , it took forever , and i noticed the price dropped significantly after i booked.

The staff assisted with organizing a surprise for my friends, which i appreciated. Breakfast included many options, a great way to start the day. The hotel's location was very central. It was easy to walk to many attractions. I liked the large storage lockers available.
The hotel provided only one towel per person. I would have appreciated more.

The staff was helpful and accommodating, answering questions and providing assistance when needed. I observed that the front desk was staffed around the clock, ensuring there was always someone available to help. The staff facilitated luggage storage after checkout at no extra cost.

The hotel is near the train station, approximately 5 minutes away on foot. Major tourist attractions are within a 30-minute walk from the hotel. Trams and taxis are easily accessible from the hotel's location (which is very convenient).

convenient location generous breakfast simple design
i found the location very convenient near to the train station. breakfast was generous with prosecco a lovely treat. the room had a simple design similar to the pictures i saw so i had no unpleasant surprises.

Acceptable Stay, But Not Without Issues
hair all over uncomfortable bed
The location is quite good with easy access to transport options.
The cleanliness was a real issue. There was hair all over, including in the shower and on the bed. The air conditioning was also inadequate and the bed was very uncomfortable.
